Sarah Cohen was a botanical evolutionist during the golden age of the Terran Stellar League's expansion into Phoenix Sector. She is most famous for her work with the native flora of Dandelion, the result of which formed the basis of modern anti-radiation drug therapy.

Cohen was born on Earth, and joined the League's interstellar scouting agency shortly after graduation.
