Gallant-class freighter
The famed ship foundries of Morgan & Prochnow followed up their venerable D8800 Dutiful-class bulk hauler with a reimagining of the ship concept, taking advantage of improved availability on Jump-2 capable drives to design a freighter better-suited to the new economic opportunities CoreNet offered. In 2454, they released the D9400 Gallant-class freighter, externally distinct but internally similar to the Dutiful that had made them a reputation as a solid shipwright.
