Celestial Queen

The Celestial Queen is a Porter-class passenger liner originally registered to the United Nations EJDE project as a light-duty passenger ship for inter-colonial transit. As such, the ship has been in continuous service for almost three hundred years and has far outlived its designed lifespan, kept spaceworthy by a number of decreasingly reputable owners and a number of upgrades of varying quality and endurance. In its lifespan, it has been converted to operate as a blockade runner to smuggle both people and illicit cargo, slaved to an illegal surveillance satellite to serve as a processing center, forced to carry highly corrosive industrial waste and - most recently, under the auspices of its most recent owner - used to ram an asteroid away from a collision course with a mining colony.
